Everyone is always upbeat, some people are always happy to help and people seem to really care about what is going on and others around them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes I feel undervalued but not by my direct management, more from staff members/management in other teams. It sometimes feels as if I am a nobody to them, especially when e-mails/glips/calls get ignored.
