What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health and dental care for my family. very happy also with Pension and life insurance! I really appreciate the quarterly bonus also.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team are always very helpful, I feel very comfortable reaching out if I have any doubts, and when I have done something, which should have been doe differently, I am approached in the best manner and shown how to do it correctly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and willing to share knowledge. I believe I am the least experienced of the team, and everyone offered their help, if needed, when I joined the team. I feel very comfortable asking questions. I know we all rout for each others success.
What makes you most happy at work?
When there is an issue and I am able to help resolve it. I love assisting other team members with their projects and feeling useful. I love learning new things about the PS process, and look forward to one day leading a project myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has staff from all over the world, working as one. we all want to help each other succeed with our mutual goal of offering the best service possible to our customers. The friendly environment, the recognition for good work, the career progression plan.
