RC has been great so far. I love the field, I love the challenging nature of the work, but frankly the onboarding process for me (Velocity BDR) has been a nightmare. Frequently I run into things I have to ask for help on that I should have been trained on how to do them. A lot of BDRs feel the same

Super helpful, done more to train me then my managers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers are all extremely friendly and helpful with any problems I may find
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly I would like more clear goals and a better help system. I have yet to meet 1 on 1 with my manager, feel I know about 70% of what I am doing on a daily basis. Its getting better the more I work but the onboarding process has VAST room for improvement
