Everyone is very supportive and enthusiastic. Constant push for change/innovation is great.

I like being able to help people and feel like I'm making an impact for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the communication via meetings that include all team members in my dept. They frequently ask if there is anything we need to get our job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm from another state that pays Time AND a Half for overtime. In NC, I get paid HALF my hourly pay rate for overtime (I'm salary non-exempt). I would at least think that I would be paid my current hourly rate if I go overtime. Doesn't really make sense to me.
