What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unfortunately I cannot think of a positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company growth is way too fast. Management is not adjusting. Employees are drowning.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not the workers - it's the fact that they are overworked. Pretty much everyone has a negative attitude about the current work environment. Management is not promoting a team environment either.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overworked and underpaid is not a good combination. In addition, not all employees are treated fairly. For example: the company just promoted Forward21 - many departments could not participate and the prize opportunities were very unbalanced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing that the company is growing, therefore they need to push for a larger workforce. They are burning out employees and morale it terrible. Training is outdated and rushed. Employees are thrown into the fire with very little direction.
