I do meaningful work and am compensated well enough. The culture is amazing. I'm worried about the number of executives being brought on and the focus on the stock price. It's hard to put in words. My team is passionate, energetic and has an amazing culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to collaborate and make sure we are doing a good job or our customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ESPP is my favorite part. I'm also loving the HDHP with large contributions to my HSA
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership team has a presence. I haven't gotten the chance to meet the leadership (outside my team and department) but it's clear a lot of people have. Coming from a company where executives and leadership hid in their offices all day, this means a whole lot to me.
