Diversity, equality, support, and inclusion.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Positivity and now collaboration. We need to continue to align and get other areas out of siloed work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to have a vision to move forward which includes retaining customers, and getting focused on the customer journey/Customer Experience (EX). It is long past time to only focus on sales and time to make sure that er are all taking care of the customers.
