Fast-Paced company focusing on the results of each project. Successfully breaks company goals into quarter delivery to ensure goals are achievable. The people are positive and very supportive. I would highly recommend anyone to work here at RingCentral.

They provide clear communication. Also empower people to get their jobs done. Provide a very positive work environment.

The hard problems to solve. And trying to solve those problems quickly - do not drag out the solution. I really like that.

The positive interactions at work. People are truly happy at work. This makes for great interactions. Even in simply hallway or "water cooler" conversations.

Everyone I work with has a positive attitude. There is always support, and people really want the team to succeed. This means interactions are incredibly positive.

There is no back stabbing or politics. People are evaluated on their output and quality of work. Also, team mates want the team to succeed, which means my team members readily and quickly support each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarterly bonuses help me keep focused on continually achieving the goals. This helps to never lose sight of how my contributions help the company. Also getting RSU's helps me feel I have ownership and my actions positively impact the company bottom line.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work hard - play hard - the team gets together to have fun events. Someone taught a drawing class, another had a work out session, another did a virtual camping trip. Then the team works very hard to achieve the goals. I am very much looking forward to working face to face with all of them.
