What is the best part about your compensation package?
So far the accelerators after hitting quota have been nice. I also like that there are spiffs where we have the opportunity to obtain additional RSU as our stock is on the rise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they seem to understand the day to day of this position since most of our senior leadership has done the job. They're always looking for our feedback and ways to improve and they are also accessible and engaged with the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at RingCentral is extremely energetic and fun. Everyone is eager to share in groups and knows what they are talking about. It has brought me out of my comfort zone but in a good way that I can appreciate and continues to encourage me to grow as an employee.
