What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a standard package, not sure there is a best part. I have received more equity at other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With now our new People Officer here, Leadership seems to be more focused on the people. The Leadership team is providing effective organizational structure and communication protocols.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a sense of purpose, feeling valued, the availability of wellness programs, feeling engaged, working in a collaborative environment, having flexibility, and being in a positive workplace culture.
