my work environment is chaotic, with no discernible plan to begin reaching our SLAs. I am very concerned that the optics of my team success is negative despite my individual successes. Leadership is not interested in hearing about opportunities to improve and what we should consider changing.

My customers and the satisfaction of accomplishing challenging goals
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Open doors so we can express concerns with leadership. And for leadership to actively listen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager has acknowledged that my pay is low and has also stated that he may hire another team member at higher pay, and that he is not aware of any budgetary restrictions.
