I'm fairly new, and it has been positive but not without challenges and frustrations. I appreciate my co-workers and our leadership, and am confident about our future. I hope that the pressure to get a lot of stuff barely done doesn't mean we are in a mad rush to mediocre.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think leaders and employees want RingCentral to be a great place to work, and are striving in that direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my role is a level lower than it should be, and it appears difficult in some organizations to level roles correctly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Days when I can actually get things done. Often this is Saturdays, so maybe not so happy then. We are so addicted to meetings here that the work of thinking, planning, revising, that is of doing high quality work, is sacrificed in favor of doing lots of OK work.
