Being respected by my colleagues and receiving accolades/awards. It makes you feel like the company really values me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Continual reviews and the ability to be financially rewarded when you drive results. Some companies just give a tiny percentage increase to keep you quiet, but RingCentral want to ensure you are very happy and stay with the company. The stocks/RSU's are also a huge reward for me and my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally feel like we have a huge opportunity both as a company and as individuals. I sense a real passion and opportunity i have never had at another company. The company is extremely driven, passionate and ambitious, rather than just sitting on what we have and being happy with average.
