Very rocky start with consistent management turnover and lack of emphasis on my teams. Things have since been better in last 6 months.

Seem to be honest and looking out for employees and company as a whole
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current team is very limited and small in nature. Nice people. No interaction outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation could be improved. It is not poor but it is not top of end compared to similar companies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company seems to care about its employees. The "perks" could definitely be reconsidered since we are no longer in an office. The best perks haven't been available since after the week I started.
