Starting the same time as covid hit was difficult but overall has been great. my new manager is the best I have worked for in my entire career and I love the work I do and was pushed into trying new things.

Weekly meetings and constant communication.

My coworkers and the level of freedom I get on my tasks and duties
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along like we have known each other for a long time and work fantastic together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even remote we still dont have that much of a disconnect. The extra time off per quarter is very nice too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My tasks are constantly added to and the work I do on and off the clock do take up a lot of time. I would like to see maybe a year in bonus other than 2 RSUs.
