It's been really great, My team is filled with amazing people, leadership doesn't seem as unreachable as they do in other places I've been and the company itself visibly cares a lot about its employees and it shows! I love it here

Can't decide...maybe the RSU's? Although, the opportunity for overtime is also very welcome

The knowledge and feeling that I'm doing something I love at a company who truly does its best for its customers and employees 100% of the time

Everyone is always so welcoming and easy to talk to. You never feel like you're on your own when it comes to work things or even something as normal as house hunting

They ensure that the goals for the company and team are clear and that everyone has the tools necessary to meet them. In addition to this, they really try to ensure a healthy balance between work life and just life life which is important
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels welcoming. The company does it's best to make everyone feel included and it shows, I've never felt like I had to pretend to be anyone except for who I am and finding people who share your interests whether that be working out or just having fun with your pets is really easy
