Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This is unquestionably one of the best places to work. Leadership and staff have excellent communication. We get a lot of support as employees, and it genuinely feels like leadership wants us to succeed on both a personal and professional level.

My previous manager takes care of his people.

We have teamwork and we take care of each other

I was positive in COVID last March and RC sent a Care Package.

I was paid fairly and competitively, which motivates me to work hard and give back to the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingCentral is one of my favorite companies for the following reasons: work-life balance, respect for everyone's race, gender, and age. RingCentral's staff are always treated with respect and bravery.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager doesn't micromanage, but he is always ready to answer questions and coach me through tasks I've never done before. I keep growing in Ringcentral, that makes me really happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is unquestionably one of the Best Places to Work. Despite the fact that we work in a difficult and demanding business, the leadership makes an effort to maintain the workplace atmosphere bright and upbeat.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm constantly pleased by how the team treats each other with the same respect and enthusiasm. They actually represent the company's ethos and basic principles in everything they do, and we all want to emulate them! I love being part of the Digital Design Learning team. I Salute this team. :)
