Getting things done and resolved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here in GSP is very transparent and their engagement is really great too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employee Engagement is really phenomenal in this company. I don't think you would be able to see or even compare to RC when it gets to that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'd suppose the HMO and more so once I have my dependents as part of it. Gives you the peace of mind that you need specially during this pandemic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie and team work has never been an issue in our team since the day I joined the team. I am really grateful for being a part of this team.
