They are supportive but not all are performing well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingCentral culture is the best. the harmony and the managers is doing great in handling the employees fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Boss Clint Bangaan's leadership is what I like. He push people to do their best and make sure that we perform not just for the program but for our family as well. Mycurrent team manager is not like him. Though Boss Krissy is very kind . i just dont feel like getting the support or the push I need.
