I had been referring my previous co-workers before but they are declining as the offer was not really that high. People at RC are great and they don't give up teaching you and encourage you more to learn the basics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People accept you as who you are.
What makes you most happy at work?
People at RC and customer's issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are engaged to different teams members weekly, attending trainings and people in other teams are helpful and very accommodating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not really good seeing the best package offered to me now but I know in time it will be really worth staying in this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I see that they are pushing me to be the best of me, I had trainings that I am not that confident to get more because I believe that I have to master the basic TS.
