I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with the company so far. I think I am well compensated compared with my previous companies.

HMO for my parents and MBO.

They are very approachable and always ready to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are kinder and helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been to multiple companies but RingCentral specially the Leadership team genuinely care to employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Manager and my Teammates. My Team is the best because you can be who you are,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are getting paid extra for Internet allowance aside from the company provided modem. And of course the quarterly bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the first company where I felt the genuine care and passion towards employee from leadership team. Can't ask for more.

Best thing about our team is we work as one. Everybody check on everyone. Everyone always make sure that nobody is left behind.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wouldn't feel that you are working at all. There are busy days but RingCentral always find ways on how to balance work and life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone and very friendly and the bosses are very approachable. You wouldn't feel that these people are your bosses on how they treat everyone, may it be an just agent or whatnot.
