What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Never have I encountered any negativity so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all approachable, they always share their best practices.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it, however it is sad that a big chunk of it goes to tax.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate very well. Team spirit is there. We have each others back literally. We always see to it that we look after one another to achieve the goal of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work and Life Balance. Since we are working from home, I can get to spend time with family just right after my shift. It is awesome that RingCentral get to apply their motto "Employee Matters". They always makes us feel that we really do matter. They provide everything we need.
