The team exhibits the vision of the company and also is prepared in providing solutions for long term goals.

That I'm sure that my growth professionally and personally won't stagnate on every day that I go to work here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package overall is really great but if I have to pick one, it should be the MBO. It is a way to show appreciation to every person that under the company because everyone contributes to the company's achievements and accomplishment every quarter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom to experiment and explore for new things in order to implement it on your certain tasks. And the feeling that you're not being scrutinize all the time and every mistake that you make, as a result, being accountable to it doesn't feel like a struggle when facing your co-workers.
