I have a good experience with the company so far. Maybe only how the employee engagement provide activities. These days, they're launching non-sense activities such as TikTok dance, I guess instead of them having this, why not put it on a more sensible activities

My colleagues and the way my immediate supervisor treat me

My immediate supervisor is very understandable and puts a high trust to all of us

I guess only my team mates are the most positive for me. Whatever each individual thinks we agree always 100%
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team mates are very helpful specially from the day I started here, they provided me all the assistance that I needed as a new member of the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I guess if there would be an additional perks from my end since there's a lot of workloads assigned to me, maybe atleast they can provide me more than the basic that I'm getting right now
