Being trusted to deliver meaningful and high impact projects and tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is mid. Progression is stagnant despite being adaptive and embracing several responsibilities. Benefits are subpar.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's still covid-19. As long as the virus exists, I'm not interested in interacting physically with other people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are independent, skilled and each and everyone of us have a sense of ownership when it comes to our responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tasks or goals not visible to the business are grossly undervalued. Regarding compensation, it would be good to increase compensation generously and provide higher quarterly bonus.
