Only work and stress no more life, its not balanced anymore. when I am on a leave or a my day off. I tend to have dreams when I am still working or you have the anxiety that someone will call you have you work on your day off or leave. never felt this before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they try to make things a bit more interesting and manageable
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only best thing is our Team leader is updating the team and also the Floor support is helping. Co worker wise no interaction at all. they only interact when they have a question
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the way to treat the employee's make them feel like they belong make them feel less stress. make them feel they are part of the family not just ignore them or making them feel like they are just an employee make them feel that we are all equal
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is the most stress I have felt since joining this company. I have never felt this much stress ever. I think what needs to improve is the employee treatment make them feel at home make them feel that they are part of the org.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the management of the department its like they are lacking something employee interaction wise. I would feel valued is the company is doing its best to interact with every employee hear them out and what's best for them. Honestly this is the most stress I have felt
