I came in with a bit of a rough start to RingCentral but I stuck with it and the company has really made my experience more meaningful and I'm super excited for the changes the company has been doing and that it's reaching my department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the luck to work with a really talented and collaborative team at RingCentral.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is probably the best thing about the company. My department is a bit more siloed from what the rest of the company is doing but it seems to finally be reaching us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with great coworkers and coming up with interesting solutions. We've recently been given more ability to initiate change in processes and our departments culture. Which has turned my outlook around. I was contemplating leaving but now I'm excited to be here.
