friendly teammates and the team is open to everyone's opinions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
only the salary is on par. no other perks are existent. would love to see a better health and wellness perk such as reimbursement for gym membership and equipment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the product team and engineer team need to better align on focusing on a seamless app and need to communicate better with the marketing team. The product team also needs to focus on customer experience, not how many features they can squeeze into their personal MBOs
