MBOs, at least before they became stocks.
The inclusivity and attempts to unify others globally.
I believe in the vision, although it isn't always transparent, or inclusive.
Knowing that what I do is appreciated and valued both internally and externally
We jump in to support each other, but also, the amount of information sharing is superb.
Transparency. I always feel like we are communicated with about the direction of the company and future plans and objectives.
We have a lot of teams sharing information and working to make a positive impact on our lives and communicites.
We care about each other, and it shows. We also work hard(ish) to be transparent and project awareness, especially around items that could impact the other's team.
I feel like I should be compensated about 15-20K more per year for the workload I am responsible for and for managing a team of my size. Also, the incentive of stocks is a huge disappointment, but I recognize that is uncontrollable,
We don't have the right tools and are openly criticized by others outside of our department for work that was either legacy and we adopted or outside of our control because of the tools. We also don't get the right information on time in order to be able to complete our work.
