One positive thing about the company's culture is that, employees are encouraged to communicate with each other. Managers giving feedback to the employees and vice versa.

One of the best things about my team is that they are always supportive and helpful. If one of the team members is having difficulty in doing a task, they are willing to spend some time to assist and share what they know.
