Sales commissions but basic salary is a bit on the low side.

They are all very supportive. Ask any questions and help you out any which way possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and very supportive. They do not judge but ask questions instead. I feel like I am not treated like just another employee. I feel welcome as if I am a friend. They are all very accommodating and understanding.
