They need to be less hostile ( Communication Team).

I am most happy at work when I am paid right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been assigned as a Floor Support for 2 months now. We are targeting FS scorecard yet we have not been aligned for FS pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay was not increased based on my supposed pay in Tier 2. It was increased based on my salary when I was Tier 1. It honestly makes me look for other opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how transparent the leadership team is. They provide proper expectation to their subordinates. They are honest especially if something is not possible. They are also generous and shares their vision with the team.
