- Good work life balance only when there is only idle time for porjects. When project becomes demanding, it demands sooooo much time to the point we worked already 14 hours. So looking forward for the rest after the project is done. Hopefully it does not keep on burning me out Overall, I am happy!

- Does not micromanage - Inspires us and gives us clear goals - Encourages WFH and especially WORK LIFE BALANCE
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
- WFH sometimes make us extend hours. And it is hard to be away from the screen especially if RC App is on the phone as well
