The people overall are great, but with poor leadership, lack of vision and oppressive process its hard to feel successful

Our team supports eachother and has eachothers backs even when management does not.
What makes you most happy at work?
by feeling like i accomplished something that will help the larger team and company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture on our team is TOXIC right now... nothing much to be positive about besides by colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock and healthcare, but i would prefer to go back to my bonuses getting paid out normally and not through stock.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to issues and finding good ways to resolve them in a timely manner. Concerns have been raised time and time again with no resolution or progress made. It make the work environment TOXIC.
