Maybe being able to communicate through chat using RC app through my teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest, here on BT/UK. We are treated as super agents. We handle not just UK but US, not calls but also emails. Also we handle multiple accounts such as Horizon, AT&T, Stack8, Telus etc. We were like robots here :(
