What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about the leadership team is that they prioritize the safety of their team members specially this time of pandemic. Trust that they give to their team members to work from home is very important because just like any other relationship without trust its not gonna work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At first the reason why we go to work is because of money but as time goes by the reason why we are staying is because of friendship, is because we are happy and always excited to go to work to see your friends. Its not about the money anymore its the relationship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the business should provide laptop that will make us more productive, that way we can work anywhere remotely ( in any part of our house ), even if we are not at home or I'm in my parents house I can still attend to work instead of this desktop with an obsolete CPU.
