What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is learning, growing and helping each other. There is no back stabbing and when someone attempts to finger-pointing, most people would stop them from doing it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Set very clear goal, and also seem to be very transparent of what's going on, and the frequent company update really helps us to feel being part of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work is challenging, and the team is great, but there are a lot of work and lots of coordination among teams across the globe, and that means the work hour is really long as well. We can definitely use more new employees or have our salary/bonus adjusted based on our workload and time spent
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super helpful and we are all working toward the same goal. I felt that everyone has trusts over each other and we're just helping each other to get the best product now. I have never seen any of them in person but I can definitely feel everyone is treating everyone else geniunely.
