Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Been with the company or 3 years and i am seeing myself working here permanently. I wanna grow and grow more here. Im very positive that my leaders will help to showcase what i have and boost my confidence to perform everyday. I'm hunger for success and i know RC is my weapon for me to reach that.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates and financially speaking - Compensations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are doing great. Working fairly and growing here at RingCentral.

Workign from home set up. Safe and sound, more time with my family. But ofcourse i missed working outside.

My Director is very supportive - since day 1. He always care about my career path and growth here RingCentral.

Our leaders - Very supportive since Day 1. Always helping me all the time about my career path and growth here.

Communication! We are doing great when ti comes to that. Were very much open to help rach and everyone else to grow more. No hesitations at all.

Best part about it - is i get to enjoyed the perks and benefits. I am paid fairly and that helps me a lot to help my family as well.

The best part of it was my progression and at the same time my focal and merit. Such a great help for me to save anlot and provide my family needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager right now is doing great. Inlike the way how she handle the team so far. Very motivated, optimistic and at the same time she never failed to care and remind us how proud she is when it comes to our performance.

The good thing about RingCentral, They know how to value their employee. They do care so much. They know how to listen and care for their employees needs. There is diversity and equality on this company. We are given a chance to work from because of the pandemic. And that is a blessing.
