When I am seeing my scorecards and hitting the target. Resolving cases and a positive feedback from the customers are one of the most fun for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't have an issue with my teammates but I recommend to stop invalidating other opinions of others, micro managing, and being sarcastic to respond to agent's question is not helpful at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is when the employee is sick, they are not forcing the employee to continue to work which is good for me since it's showing thay they value us as person. The weekly coaching session is also good to ensure that we have action plans for any challenges or opportunity.
