Attendance bonus and the progression that we have whenever we reach the set goal.

What I like the most about the leadership team is that they prioritize our health.

One of the best things about our team is we do have teamwork especially on our project.

Whenever we're scheduled working from home. I don't have to wake up early and no need to travel.

It's when they no longer give us a high quota, especially leads are too slow. We always want to make sure to hit our goal quarterly, so we can also join all of the spiffs that they're running.
