What do you like best about the leadership team?
The "realness" - you know they understand what you need as an employee and as a person.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just being able to do what is expected of me and then getting acknowledgments for when I do something above the expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe compensation plans/packages that are customizable, fits the need of the employee - not everyone is a parent and not everyone is single so there are benefits that would matter to others and not to some. As for pay, it could be higher.
