Professionalism is at all time high.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think that the volume of deliverables is not equal to my current pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Virtual work is great. I love the work-from-home setup. Returning to the office will be a huge downgrade for me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I think Employee Engagement needs a new direction from the Leadership team. EE keeps on hiring celebrity performers for company virtual activities, which I think is a waste of fund. I believe funds should be spent for direct benefits of employees, not by paying the celebrity performers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employee Engagement team is out of touch. For every virtual corporate events, they continue hiring celebrity performers. I see it as a waste of funds. I wish to see corporate activity funds be reallocated for the direct benefits of employees, like more raffles. Stop hiring celebrity performers.
