My experience with RingCentral has been great so far. The work from home set up has not been an obstacle in delivering my work because everyone including IT team has been efficient in responding to issues that I may need assistance with. Above all, the culture is great.

Being openminded, Management genuinely cares for employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very open to feedback and communicates whatever employees need to know in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can work independently then share my thoughts after / Manager is willing to listen and exchange ideas to improve the output
What are some of the best things about your team?
We've met a couple times for team lunch but even though I haven't really worked with them in person (day to day basis), I must say the team is very approachable whenever I have concerns. Everyone's cooperative in terms of team activities as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
MBO. However, I'm just confused why it is taxable. Perhaps it is listed as a commission instead of de minimis (?) My bonuses have been non taxable the past years because of Train law so I just got confused but all in all, compensation package is good.
