We work to create a team so we can survive what our daily lives are like. Survive is a horrible word to be using based on the reputation the company purports to have.
Quite simply the leadership team needs to make a decision. Do they want awards for the best place/leadership or do they want to continue the extremely high level of stress that has happened since the first layoff last July. We're all faltering due to the effects of stress.
We need appropriate staffing for our workloads. I can't get on my manager's calendar because he has no time. That means he is zero help to me. He's as stressed as the rest of us. Stop hurting the staff to look good on Wall St.
