I am happy to be apart of the RingCentral family. I appreciate the communication we receive from in our Employee Matters meetings and the direct communication I have with the Directors of my department. I have challenges when working with other teams as mentioned in the survey.
What makes you most happy at work?
Alignment with my team. Solving a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Understanding team goals and knowing that we are aligned to the same commitments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like being apart of the stock plan. I am highly motivated by quarterly bonuses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth, lets me be myself. Gives me the time I need to think through issues and solve problems.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Culture and language barriers are tough. This has caused a lot of re-work in my day-to-day recently causing me to be frustrated. I am actively working on this with my Manager.
