Higher base salary or more clearly cut lines of responsibility. I feel I take on a lot and many times you find people pushing work off onto you or not executing it at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people on my team want to win. However, I feel work is often pushed off to the next person. Everyone is trying to delegate work and responsibilities of the team can often times be unclear. This often times results in myself taking on more work that can inhibit me accomplishing othertask
