Helping others to succeed. Building teams, projects, deliverables and then seeing them succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Measuring my responsibility and results against my pay leads to a sense of lack of value. Acceptable for now as there is much work to be done but still a sense of being undervalued
