Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a partner overlay, we are paid commissions based on a non direct selling role so our commissions are reliant on Avaya and what they are able to sell. Based on our role and impact to the sale, we should either have a higher base salary or be compensated on overall ACO sales vs direct commission
