I have come into a roll that is very self directed. There are pros and cons to this but overall it has been a good experience. I do wish I had some more direction on my future with the company and opportunities for advancement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a positive impact on the success of the ACO partnership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the MBO structure, but would like better communication on how and when I will receive my MBO bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork and collaboration on projects is something I truly enjoy. I also love working from home, which is a change from my last career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they appear open and honest in our Employee matters calls. Them taking the time to make sure their employees are informed and taken care of means a lot to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team members are incredibly helpful and exhibit a high level of ownership. These unfortunately are not common traits and some of my other colleagues are unresponsive to requests for help.
