Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my current compensation does not align with market rates for comparable roles, given my skills, experience, and the scope of my responsibilities. Additionally, a 1% budget allocation for an inline promotion does not meaningfully reflect the level of contribution or impact

The pto policy needs to be reviewed, it is very old an not matching the times.

We are small department trying to support needs of growing company without hiring more people. The amount of work is overwhelming and can require long hours just to keep status quo. We perform above and beyond and would be nice for compensation to reflect an appreciation of that.

We don't have the same understanding of professionalism and teamwork. Most of my coworkers don't care about what's best for the team or AP and the manager allows them to pursue their own agenda.
